But, considering the side effects you should at least take some fewer amounts of them from now on. Junk foods act like slow poison in our body. Why not processed foods?

Going on a diet is hard, but think about some of the things you do when you go on a diet. You eliminate those high fat, processed, high-sodium foods. You eat less, true.
